The website dafwines.com is an online store offering wines produced by us. The lawful operator of this website is the company "DAF WINES DOULOUFAKI FERENIKI", based in Dafnes, Heraklion, Crete, Greece (Postal Code: 70011), with VAT number: 134326865, Tax Office: Heraklion (hereinafter referred to as "DAF Wines," "dafwines.com," "we," "us," "our"), which also manages it. The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the Company's website, located at www.dafwines.com.
1) Introduction
This document has been drafted to incorporate the amendments of Regulation (EU) 2016/1997, as revised and in force since May 25, 2018. Therefore, any user or user representative who does not agree with the following terms and conditions must refrain from using the website and the Company's services.
2) Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property of the Company is protected under Greek law, European law, and international conventions. Specifically, the User must not use the e-shop to:
